Platlet Rich Plasma
One of the newest techniques in medical aesthetics for wrinkle correction. Autologous material has no chance of being rejected by the body. Consists of the extraction of blood from the patient, that is processed while the patient´s skin is prepared for application. Then plasma, rich in platlets and growth factors is injected as to correct facial wrinkles and renew the skin. Effects are visible immediately, but are more evident after 6 weeks and peak effect is up to 4 months later when elastin and collagen have been enhanced.
